Stars Joined George Lopez for the 16th Annual George Lopez Celebrity Golf to Raise Awareness about Kidney Health
The Hollywood elite joined comedic actor, George Lopez in Toluca Lake, CA on Monday May 1, 2023 for the 16th Annual George Lopez Celebrity Golf Classic benefitting the George Lopez Foundation. The sold-out event kicked off with a Sunday night Pre-Party at Baltaire Restaurant with musical guests Andy Vargas and special musical performance by Special Performance by Danny Seraphine formerly of Chicago and his All-Star Band CTA, sponsored by Stacey & Larry Kohl.
The Monday golf tournament was sponsored by Title Sponsor: Iris Smith/Once Upon A Time Productions and Co-Sponsor Healthcare Highways with special musical performances by Boogie Knights, Jeffrey Osborne, Mike Phillips, The Spazmatics and Leroy “Lonnie” Jordan was a co-founding member of the hit-making seven-piece soul/funk band War in effort to send kids with kidney disease to summer camp and help kidney patients in great need. The tournament format was “Two Man Modified Best Ball” of five-somes with full handicap. GBK Brand Bar produced the annual “Gifting Lounge” featuring an assortment of luxury gift items.
