George Lopez Holiday Tour with USO Hereos

What better way to spend the holidays than entertaining our incredible USO heroes. George Lopez traveled on a USO tour to perform for over 2,200 service members who were not able to spend the holidays at home with their friends and families. George had this to say, “A stranger in a strange land surrounded by heroes ✊🏽 just doing my part with the The USO to support the brave men and women of the armed forces sacrificing time away from their families. Saludo y bendiciones to all of you🙏🏽.”

He was an artistic journalist who commented on both history and current events with his art. Steve Kaufman advanced the use of the silkscreen process, and was most widely recognized for his use of vivid colors and hand embellishment. Steve was very prolific -- he would paint on just about anything!

An entertainer, producer, best-selling author, and comedian, George Lopez, opened the door for modern Chicanos on TV. Not only does he keep audiences laughing, he has used his talent behind the camera to tell unique & important stories of many families who make California great! We’re beyond proud and what a well deserved honor!
