The American Kidney Fund has established the AKF Coronavirus Emergency Fund. Eligible patients on dialysis or who had a recent kidney transplant who demonstrate financial need may apply for a one-time grant of $250. This grant may be used to pay for food, medications, transportation or other treatment essentials. “We are watching with great concern as the COVID-19 crisis unfolds.
